The project includes a subdivision of 6 parcels and the construction of 6 upscale single family homes. Each single family house will be two-story, three and four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, 2 car garage and around 2,000 sq.ft of living area. Tentative map process for this 6 parcel subdivision is approved by City of Sacramento council. This map will include the parcel subdivision into 6 parcels, a parcel private road, and a Tentative Subdivision Map creating a subdivision. Comparable new home sales for the area range between $450,000 and $475,000 per home.
