3.65 acres site is located at 24th Street and 65th Avenue in the residential district of the city of Sacramento. The project includes a subdivision of 21 parcels and the construction of 20 single family homes and 1duet style duplex. Each single family house will be two-story, three and four bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms, 2 car garage and around 2,000 sq.ft of living area. Tentative map approval process for this 21 parcel subdivision is in progress. This map includes the parcel subdivision into 21 parcels, a parcel private road, and a Tentative Subdivision Map creating a subdivision.
