The building pad is established and the zoning conforms to proposed conditional uses of retail space, professional offices, a restaurant, total of max 10,000 sq. feet, based on existing CC&R joint parking agreements and for the existing parking spaces allocation that will be based on current use permits at the existing Shopping Center. Developer to provide approval and conceptual plans for 10,000 sq. ft.
